My name is Brandy Thrasher. I was born on July 6,1988. I am the eldest of five siblings (2 step-brothers, a brother,& a half sister.) I was raised in Kansas and lived there until I was 18. I made the decision at the age of 12 to accept Christ into my heart and was saved from Hell. At the age of 18, I surrendered to the Lord and started attending Heartland Baptist Bible College in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Little did I know it at the time,but college is where I met the man I would one day marry. Looking back now it seems God prepared me in ways unbeknownst to me....because I had never had a boyfriend before my husband. And let me tell you something, at the time I had completely surrendered to being single my entire life, that all changed when I met and became friends with Caleb Thrasher in the summer of 2009. We became friends at Silver State Baptist Youth Camp. He was a worker and I was a camper/counselor with my churches youth group. At the end of the week we exchanged e-mails and added each other as friends on Facebook. Soon we were playing Scrabble almost nightly and then when I got a cell phone, I of course sent him my number so we could text.
Our relationship deserves a post of it's own....so until next time
